I've been ignoring reality in my body for too long, pushing ahead, gathering steam for the dream while the growing chorus of warning signs grew louder. Through wise & brave counsel from my tribe & deep, inner reflection, I am leaning into a necessary season of stillness. There is immense power in the pause, sister! Sometimes we need to create space for healing, for refocusing and to listen.
