  • • You must NOT spend more money than you earn
    • Doing so allows me to use extra cash that I haven’t SPENT to pay off debt, invest in my future or simply put into savings
  • (2) Wants vs Needs
  • • Budget out monthly income & expenses
    • Before making a purchase I ask myself : Do I NEED this or is it simply something I WANT but could live without?
    • Rationalizing purchases that are investments in ME
  • (3) Build Credit
  • • Using credit cards like debit cards helps build that credit WAAAAY UP!
    • Having great credit allows us to buy things that we don’t have the financial cash up front to pay for
  • (4) Stack That PAPER & Invest In The Future
  • • Just because I have the money doesn’t mean I need or have to spend it!
    • Saving up cash for unexpected costs that may come in the future
    • Finding ways such as stock investments, retirement accounts, rental property etc that can make US money

• • Take some time this week to sit down and write out
  • • Monthly income
    • Monthly expenses
    • Monthly “play money”
