Her remarkable life journey through life's challenges and having personally experienced surviving & healed several life-threatening illnesses, healed from a divorce, married happily the second time around, raised and survived two children, navigated empty next, grieved the death of loved ones, successfully changed careers several times, navigated depression at 52 & emerged strengthened, and immigrated from Venezuela at 56 and leaving home, family and career behind. These life changes have allowed her to understand that the way in which women see, interpret, process and manage their personal life experiences, can lead to long-term fulfillment and empowerment. 

Carol is bilingual (English/Spanish), a Certified and experienced International Ontological Coach (FICOP), and has a successful background working in health wellness. She is a skilled practitioner in PNL, Parenting, Yoga Laughter Leader, and Meditation teacher. In addition, she has a Masters in Education and years of experience as a high school literature teacher. At 65, after decades of study,  research, certifications, years of coursework, workshops, experience, and the wisdom that comes from living life and healing personal pain, she has developed an intuitive ability to listen empathically and guide my clients to clarity, self-awareness, self-fulfillment, empowerment, and joy.
