As a high achiever, it's probably no surprise that I put a lot of pressure on myself to constantly do more and achieve higher.
But what I've realized these past few weeks was - I'm actually doing a lot of things really great. I don't need to do more. What was "blocking" me from experiencing results was just me thinking I wasn't doing enough.
Once I shifted the story, everything lightened up.
If you feel like you're doing a lot but not seeing the results you expectโฆ maybe you're not doing it wrong. Maybe you just need to acknowledge how great you're doing.
