Ep.63 Mick is a truck driver who lives in Victoria. He calls himself average and is a happy go lucky man who does well at making others laugh. Weighing in over 130kg and the pressures of life wearing him down to a man who grew a beard to piss off his wife Mick started to realise that life is not turning into what it can be and has made an amazing turn around with RDM.

He says if he can do it "ANYONE CAN" and is an amazing asset to the RDM family but the greatest symbolism from all of this in losing weight, shaving the beard and leading his life and his family's again is understanding that it's possible to change if you have the balls to stand up, raise your standards and take action.
