On this episode, we get sauced on Still630 X-27. Each month we will be spending 630 seconds looking at a new special experimental whiskey from Still630 and giving our thoughts and opinions on each one. This month, we look at X-27, a bourbon aged for 17.5 months. The mashbill is made up of 80% corn, 10% barley and 10% smoked malted barley.
