This is an extremely raw episode. I fell into a bit of an emotional place the other day.. does that ever just happen to you randomly haha? One minute you are watching the sunset and the next minute you are in tears. 

So I decided to turn on my microphone when I fell into this state and talk it out. 

I was very hesitant about sharing this episode because it was very unscripted and extremely raw but I think it is important to show this side from time to time and remind anyone else who goes through this that they aren't alone.

It's time to get real and talk about change, transformation and just how uncomfortable growth can be.
