Dean and Hannah opened One Percent Forest in 2018. The coffee shop and cocktail bar is based in Woolton, which is a suburb in South Liverpool. The venue is inspired by the healthier, outdoor lifestyle enjoyed in Iceland. 

The business has become a firm favourite in the area, becoming a staple day-to-day boost to residents mental health and a form of escape from the rat race which we all fall into regularly.
