#64 - Tools & Practices To Keeping A Positive Mindset

During this episode I talk about tools I use and thing I do to help keep me in a positive mindset. When we are intentional and create practices we give ourselves the opportunity to consistently be in a positive state of being and the ability to come back once we've drifted away.

Some tools I use, which I go more in depth:

  • Surround myself with like-minded and like-hearted people

  • Practicing gratitude daily

  • Exercise. Yoga, running, long walks

  • Mindful and aware of my thoughts

  • Releasing thoughts that don't serve me

  • The knowledge that negative thoughts aren't me, they're my ego trying to protect me
