64. Your shamanic worries & how to solve them

I put a post in the Facebook group this week asking you listeners what your main worries are when it comes to practising Shamanism.

As always, you provided me with some great responses, some that I’ve heard before and some that I’ve not personally experienced.

Some of your worries were:

  • Not having confidence in your abilities.
  • Attracting other peoples pain.
  • Making it all up in your head.
  • Cultural appropriation.
  • Getting lost and led astray in your journeys.
  • Interpreting journeys and messages.
  • What is ethical and safe?
  • Getting it ‘wrong’.
  • There seem to be so many rules to follow and people telling you what’s right and what’s not.
  • How to get started in the first place.

    • In this episode, I’ll be covering all these worries and how to overcome them.
