This is Part Two of Istvan Javorek fascinating story. He started his sports career as a violin player. He was a skinny kid in Romania and far away from being the strongest child in his neighborhood. One day coming home from violin practice a bully ambushed him on the street and coerced him to press his violin bow overhead. The bully and his laughed at Istvan’s weakness. That was the turning point of his life. He gave give up his bright violinist future and became an athlete and world class coach of weight training and conditioning. What a story!
