Why do you carry unnecessary burdens?
As you know, I'm preparing for Kokoro Seal Fit later this year, so I'm making my training match the intensity of the program.
I train with a 20lb vest and am making my way to 30lbs to counter the weight that I've been losing while working out.
The crazy thing is that after I take the vest off, I feel light as a feather. I purposely put that weight on to make me stronger, but in real life, I see so many people overburden themselves with unnecessary weight, both literally and figuratively.
Why?
Because they're addicted to their story of victimhood. They think that by blaming someone else and shifting their responsibility, they are entitled to remaining unhappy.
