He was only 10 years old when he realised the critical importance of protecting our environment.

Walking the foreshore with his family, he noticed holes had been drilled into trees lining the beachfront.

The following week he was on the front cover of his local paper, heralded as uncovering a plot to poison 120 year old eucalypts, blocking the beach views of new apartments.

This was a defining moment for him; it’s shaped who he is today..

Fast forward two and a half decades later and he is still standing up for what matters.

His made a career that disproves the myth you can't make a living as a do-gooder.
