Rebecca Thomley is the CEO of Orion Associates, which provides management services for companies primarily in the social services sector. Rebecca manages 14 companies under the Orion umbrella and the organization has made more than $165 million in revenue. Yet Rebecca still makes time for service, and has instituted volunteerism as part of the fabric of the company, with employees getting at least two days off each year for service.
