Lone Tree Police Officer Jacob Tarr could not be stopped. Chasing a felon in flight, he tipped the odds in his favor when he commandeered a kid's bicycle. The suspect stole a motorscooter but Tarr would not be left in the dust. Dogged to the end, Lone Tree Police got their man.  He was booked on a felony theft charge and outstanding warrants.  It's the feel good story you need for the weekend, and former police officer Eric Tansey, no stranger to foot chases, breaks down the body cam footage.
