ABOUT

David Kerpel grew up on the North Shore in Wilmette, a subsurb roughly 20 miles North of Chicago. He attended University of Iowa and then graduated from DePaul School of Law. Although David has been a practicing divorce attorney for over 25 years, his true passion is being around and helping animals, and most of all, dogs. David’s life goal is to rescue as many dogs as possible. To do this, he decided to create his nonprofit, Furever Home Dog Sanctuary, an organization whose mission is to rescue the dogs that are destined to remain in shelters or be euthanized for no reason other than their breed, their age, or their behavior.
