We talk about Damien’s journey from growing up in rural Victoria to studying kinesiology to Australian Heal your life teacher trainer, his experiences of being being in a broke, burnt out, stressed and at a suicidal low point, letting go of the pride and ego control and surrendering in life to allow more, where to start when we are at rock bottom, finding the answers for your problems, doing the physical and metaphysical work, the importance of being thankful in life, loving and accepting ourselves, trusting life and so much more!
 
Man this was such an incredible conversation with so many powerful insights & lessons!
 
 It was great to spend time with Damien and hear his story but also his mindset on what got him though all those deep, dark and low places.
 
 I loved his energy and his passion to help empower others to heal their lives.
 So so much value and goodness throughout this whole episode!
