I’ve been having a fabulous time in the 21 Day Immersion and I’ve been able to revisit some old skills I haven’t used in awhile. Face and cranial massage energy work and it got me thinking about all the attention we give to our bodies on the wellness journey and how little we tend everything above our necks. So much insight here.
