As I've said on a couple previous episodes, 2023 was a pivotal year for me, spiritually and emotionally. It allowed me to shed several limiting beliefs that were constricting my growth and joy. I love the energy surrounding a New Year. On today's episode, I offer some of my goals and hopes for 2024 with the intention of inspiring you to create some of your own. Happy New Year, my friends!
