And Andrew Lachlan, Founder and CEO of Saunahouse, is building these bonds in communities throughout the country, with a modern take on the age-old ritual of sauna and cold plunge. A lifelong athlete, Andrew's journey to sobriety began with experiencing a sauna and the benefits you can reap by allowing your body a chance to rest in order to come back stronger.
