Flexibility is an interesting thing. It's useful and can help increase your overall quality of life.

 

I think the biggest issue surrounding it is this, you have to work at it.

 

Becoming more flexible doesn't happen overnight and when you do create more flexibility within your muscles, the only way it's going to stick is if you continuously work at it.
