My Nigga Josh. me and Josh have been friends since 2019. since i've met him, his family has been unconditionally supportive of me, even in my stage of backsliding. something im not used to nor expected. i was met with more grace than criticism. it almost makes you wanna strive to be better for people like that. Josh came over so that we could write music. my cat didn't hiss at him--it embraced him-- so his spirit passed the genuity test. 

the day proceeded as follows: 

Josh failed to bring his interface. my speaker temporarily tweaked. Josh was then locked out of his laptop. we'd decided to just write lyrics over instrumentals. however; there was no true motivation-- given the high hopes we'd had of dropping a hit. at least not for me. 

after sapping over what seemed like a failed mission, i had a "might as well" moment. i whipped out my phone and what you're about to here is the result of it. 

i didn't mention that after we finished the episode, my speaker began working again. God is a weird nigga yo.
