In today's episode on Behind the Design Podcast I'm doing a different variation of reflections on 2022 and setting goals for the new year, by sharing challenges I had this year and how they negatively affected my business. While this might seem negative, we can learn a lot by evaluating poor decisions because it allows us to reflect how we overcame those challenges and how we can change things going forward.

I'm getting super vulnerable and sharing 3 bad business decisions I made in 2022 and lessons I learned from them, while also diving into what I'm doing differently in 2023. While these bad business decisions can see detrimental, I learned so much from them and it was from these lessons that I've completely shaped how I'm approaching business in 2023.
