Episode 68. In today’s interview, I speak with Lauren. Lauren, 35, is a married mother of 2, a 10 year old girl and 6 year old boy. She currently is the office manager of her father’s dental practice and will be returning to grad school beginning next week. While these are all truths about her life, she’s 6 months into the journey of truly discovering who Lauren is under all the titles. She’s currently “in process…..”

Lauren shares her story of how her “damn broke” a few months ago and she is in the middle of sorting out all of the pieces that fell. She’s figuring out who she is again and leaning into the scary, uncomfortable and vulnerable feelings that come up in it all. She knows her story is important to share so that she can help change another’s life. And I know she will.
