Ever have this feeling of not enough or feeling of something is missing?
Gratitude is the number one topic many people talk about when it comes to being a positive mindset. Gratitude is a thankful appreciation for what an individual receives, whether tangible or intangible. With gratitude, people acknowledge the goodness in their lives, and as a result, gratitude can help people connect to something larger than themselves as individuals — whether to other people, nature, or a higher power.
Having gratitude is important but how do we create gratitude and let this practice become our default habit? Gratitude is not just about keeping a journal. It's more than just writing things down in life.
In this episode, I shared why gratitude is important and how you can create gratitude habits besides just listening to friends or read books about keeping gratitude journals.
