Piers Linney is best known as a dragon from the long running BBC series Dragons’ Den, which returned to our screens last week. 

He’s a boy-done-good who’s gone from morning paper rounds to billion pound businesses, via investment banking and the dot.com boom.

I spoke to Piers over Zoom about his early entrepreneurial spirit, his journey through the many aspects of business, and how race and class are still obstacles to success for minorities and the working class.
