There are two keys to presentation success – practice and preparation. In this episode Trevor shares a checklist along with tips on how to do them of all the things that you need to consider prior to delivering your presentation –  including your allocated time, the venue and its seating plan, your speaking position, the screen and projector available, microphones, slide clickers, as well as your introduction, other speakers, delivering a team presentation and a plan B should the equipment fail on the day.
