Sally Lewis is a wife, mother, entrepreneur, and business coach who suffered from severe migraine headaches for 10 years and as a result, began studying human behaviour and neuroscience in a desperate attempt to get to the core of her problem. Her personal interests combined with vast experience in the health industry has translated into a journey of lifelong learning and helping others. Sally’s early foundations in anatomy and physiology via a Sports Science degree from the University of NSW sparked a journey into health and wellness in which she has now dedicated her life. She studies rigorously to continue building her knowledge and experience with an emphasis on natural therapies and modalities. Through her ReThink Health program, Sally openly shares her personal struggles with poor health and illness in order to help others. She aims to assist in the realisation of purpose, improve health, relationships and beyond. In this week's episode, Sally is with me to share her journey, experiences, challenges and hopes for the future.
