Kai leaves the group, muttering something about nanomachines, and leaves our party on their own to fly the Basilisk back to the Crimson Cutter. It is a tense flight filled with potential dangers, but they are able to make it most of the way back in once piece.

Then they discover something unexpected in the cargo bay.
