We talk about how Mariah grew up in a middle eastern family and focused on a good education, suffering from an eating disorder & recovering from that eating disorder, the importance of being a good role model and having a positive influence, trusting the process, trying more things to find your passions, the perspective gained after almost dying, the importance of nurturing yourself, the power of gratitude and so much more!

It was so amazing to hear Mariah’s story and how she overcame so many challenges.
