In this episode, world-renowned psychologist and mindfulness performance expert George Mumford joins me to discuss the "Great Unlocking" - the idea that excellence is not something we build, but something we reveal by chipping away the blocks of fear, trauma, and survival mode.
George Mumford, famous for his work with Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant, shares his "Georgisms" on intuition and the "Eye of the Hurricane". We discuss how to turn "survival mode" into "growth mode" through the lens of the Four A’s of Mindfulness.
George defines success not as a destination, but as the "progressive realization of a worthy ideal."
