在台灣嘉義內觀中心的感想

十一月底去嘉義參加十天的冥想。有很多想法。。。
我以為會有很多外國來的人，但好像只有我！
聽英文也難（有時候猜不出印度口音），聽中文也難（有很多我知道的字跟詞）。
一天要坐十個小時（不是連續坐）非常難。
在外面可以走走，但有時間限制也不能明顯的運動。
到了第十天才能講話，滑手機，寫東西。
還好吃得非常好（謝謝法工！）！
到了第十天才能與室友聊天。
我們有好多話！自我成長，心裡治療，等等。
