Hi friends,
It was celebration of Holi festival in India, the festival of colors.I too did celebrate this ocassion along with my neighbours. Enjoyed being wet with buckets of water n colors, Aha moment.
Here are 6 tips to Leap Towards Cherished Goal:
1. *Clear the Mind:*
De clutter your mind by meditation , journaling or use the Bruclee method ( pen down all things going on in your mind , disturbing you... in a piece of paper, burn it and flush it in your toilet).
2. *Be Self Aware:* In this busy schedule and fast life , check who you real YOU are , look into the mirror and ask who you are in reality. All of us do wear multiple masks in a day , check you is that real you?
3. *Create an Exercise Routine :* Get up , move into nature , walk in the nature , enjoy your morning with jogging, skipping , gym...
4.*Correct your Self Talk :* Speak to your self .... Best look into your own eyes in the mirror and be true to self.
5. *Set small goals:* it can be as small as eating healthy diet ,cutting on cigarette, alcohol ... or cultivating new habit rituals.
6. *Use positive Affirmations:* This is my favourite and I love doing this. This is one of the easiest way to change your self belief and install new program in your *Habitual ( Subconscious)* mind.
