You must have thought about it every now and again. When something doesn't go to plan, it makes you question - is it all worth it?

All the upgrades, regulations, insurances and paperwork we have to do is a lot of work. Could we just be paid less as a binman without all the stress?

It happens to us all. The jobs we do are fantastic when they are going great, it's the problems that happen to us all that makes us want to jack it all in.

You're not alone in thinking this. Many electricians work as employees for these reasons.

As long as you always remember that these problems are sent to test us, its how we overcome these problems and move towards the future that matters.
