Ares has seen a big shift toward more digitalization being used in manufacturing, in particular with regard to efficiency and mobility. His specialty is condition monitoring, and Ares believes that the ease of connectivity will change the industry in the same way that smart phones have changed the way we engage with the world.

She has toured manufacturing facilities in more than 75 cities, in 12 countries, and on three continents.
