Jürgen is a digital native. No, he isn’t part of generation Y but is a Baby boomer. He is different than most people I have met. Jürgen looks back over 35+ years in multinationals. He has worked in multiple countries and led huge organisations with untypical leadership principles. Today, he has more than 150 direct reports which he feels connected to.

Jürgen is a Partner at MHP, a Porsche Company. He leads a division focused on connected vehicles - most of us use products and systems (such as embedded navigation systems) that have been influenced by his team.
