Management 3.0 ist keine wirkungslose Theorie. Die Erfolge agiler Unternehmensführung konnten bereits in mehr als 20 Unternehmen nachgewiesen werden. Laloux konnte zeigen, dass sich in solchen Unternehmen bestimmte Erfolgsmuster zwangsläufig herausbilden. Ein Beispiel ist der niederländische mobile Pflegedienst Budsorg, der bei über 10.000 zufriedenen Mitarbeitern mit lediglich 30 Personen im Headquarter auskommt.
