Well this is definitely a tongue twister isn’t it. How can I be the problem but I am not the problem?

This is something I see within a lot of my successful clients and peers.

1 - They are so willing to take FULL responsibility for creating what they want. To create this or to solve a challenge, they will look at "how am I the problem?" (Or more accurately: how could I be contributing to the problem?)
2 - After taking this responsibility, clearing any blocks and getting objective and clear, they shift into assuming "I am NOT the problem." And focus on solving the right problems.
