In this solocast I touch on all diet epidemic that has been sweeping out nation this past decade and the unsuccessful results it's yielding. As a society we are still struggling with high percentages of obesity despite our diet culture.  I share with you my thoughts on nutrition, self awareness, self regulation, and the energetics of food.  I touch on macro nutrients and how monitoring them without obsession can lead to true freedom from guilt and shame by paying attention to the effects energetically of food.  As always I would love to hear from you and your thoughts on the podcast.
