  • Understand what the seller wants. Never ever assume that you know what the seller wants. You need to understand everything behind the sell and what motivates them.
  • Know the WHY of the sellers or buyers too. You need to know when, where, why and how you can effectively help them sell their current home, so you make them feel comfortable about where they are going. 
  • There's psychology behind moving. As humans, we don't make major moves or decisions, unless we feel something associated with that.
  • Once you discover the WHY, focus your energy there, you will win the deal every time. It's not about buying and selling a home. People buy and sell feelings, that's really what it boils down to. 
  • Know the math. You need to know the math on the transaction, because this is going to be your sales point.
