A former track and field All-American, Terry currently serves as the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Athlete Brand Development and Inclusive Excellence at the University of Arkansas. The University of Arkansas was the first college or university to appoint a staff member to exclusively oversee NIL activity at a respective institution.
