Are you like me and can't stand to hear certain words? Like I cant stand the word moist.... I would prefer describing my brownies and cake using the word decadent or gooey. I know I can't be alone on this one! Maybe there is a word that is a reminder of a memory, good or bad. Lately I have been struggling with someones name that I have successfully managed to avoid for 25 years now. It has only been recently that it has started to really bother me because this name pops up more often than ever. In this episode we have a conversation about how I am navigating through this trigger and I share a past trauma that correlates to the name I am triggered by.
