  • If it doesn’t contribute to your happiness, your goals, or your bank account, you don’t have time for it.
  • You don’t have to love everything you do.
  • It’s not selfish to take care of yourself. It’s the best way to take care of everyone else who counts on you.
  • Learn to say no.
  • Mental toughness means you don’t believe the hype when you win, and you don’t fall apart when you lose.
  • When you laugh at yourself that’s confidence. When you’re worried that others are laughing, that’s a confidence problem.
  • Overthinking: The art of creating problems that don’t exist.
