If we want to win, we need to start thinking like a winner. We need to focus on what we want and not on what might happen. We need to have the courage and discipline to do what it takes and we need the determination and focus to keep going even when things get tough. 

We can't just rely on our talent, we must also use our minds. We need to be determined enough to keep going even when we are discouraged, and disciplined enough to work hard and not give up. We need the courage to face difficult challenges and the focus to stay on task until they are done.
