Excellent source for a beginner!
I purchased this ebook in hopes of learning more about meditation practices and benefits. I am a long-time sufferer of anxiety and depression, and I have heard many times that meditation is very beneficial for both illnesses. It's kind of hard to pinpoint things down when looking on the internet. How long do I meditate? What kind do I do? Do I really need to buy expensive stuff to get started? I was pretty much about to give up before I even began.
This I happened across this ebook. Clayton Geoffreys helped me sort some of the information out and I now feel pretty comfortable starting. Though it is short, he effectively explains various types of meditation, how to choose which is right for you, how to start, the benefits, and also includes other resources that can be helpful. This is an excellent source for someone who doesn't know where to start, like I did. He puts meditation in a way so that you won't want to give up after your first session if you are unsuccessful. If you're looking to start meditation or if you've done it in the past and given up, give this ebook a read.
Increase time and clarity with this step by step guide!
How many times I've tried to find time in the morning to create a sort of "ritual" that could give me the energy to face my day...It's about a year actually, between different wake up schedules, experiments, nothing seemed to work. I've heard of meditation and its benefits but I've always considered it too much of a new age thing. Well I had to change idea and plans when I started reading this book. Thank god the author was able to make the whole meditation subject really easy and practical to understand for a total newbie like me and I was able to put into action what I've learned right after finishing the book in one sitting. I'm keeping my morning meditation simple for now but I can already feel its benefits on my clarity and focus. The book helped me in taking little steps towards making meditation part of my mornings every day, and the great thing is that it doesn't have to take you hours, but a few minutes are already a great start if done consistently. Thanks so much Mr. Geoffreys for writing the guide I've been looking for!

I've been stressed out because of the large amount of work that has crept up, a lot of my friends and family have suggested that I take up meditating. I didn't know where to start, but I was lucky enough to find this book on morning meditation.
