Great, simple and powerful examples on how to build an outstanding customer service. Not even sure Taxi Terry actually existed, but still the story is interesting. I used few of those practices to make sure my support organization is excellent in all necessary ways.

Have not wrote the book but got to see Scott speak at a conference recently and what a motivational speaker he is. His ideas are genuine and straight up if you want to make your business better.

I have heard the Taxi Terry story many times as my friend, Scott McKain delivered it from the stage. It's an entertaining story with lots of great lessons told by one of the best platform presenters ever. However, I never realized just how great the story was until I read this book and realized just how profound the lessons are from Scott's great story of his trip in a cab.
