In this lesson, Pastor Dale discusses how believers can recognize and address a mind that is overwhelmed. The health of our mind has a direct impact on the health of our body and our ability to function effectively. Experiencing seasons of overload is normal for everyone, and it does not mean you are incapable of doing the tasks assigned to you. It simply means your current load is heavier than your mind can comfortably process at the time. However, we must guard against allowing being chronically overwhelmed by recognizing the warning signs of mental overload and taking appropriate action to reset our minds back to a healthy place and pace.
