In today's episode, I get to share with you 7 tips for losing weight while working from home.  Many women have reached out to me feeling frustrated because they have gained weight over the last year as they have tried to adjust to working from home. 

 

I'm going to encourage you to love yourself as you are, no beating yourself up over the weight gain. :) we've all been through a lot of changes this last year.  It is also good to be mindful and real with yourself about the extra weight and start to take action.
