In this episode, we interview Jered Sturm from Cincinnati Ohio.  Jered has over 1300 units of multi-family and $200M in assets under management.  He has been recognized for his rapid growth in the industry, and contributes his success to focus on leadership,  clear vision and operational excellence. Jered explains the process of creating a clear and vivid vision in your life and for your company, and how to take that vision and turn it into a reality.  Jered says creating a clear vision has been the most valuable tool for his company, and how exciting it has been to see it come to a reality. 

Jered and Phil discuss how wisdom changes a lot of things, and the process of steady growth led to a lot of challenges, lessons, and ultimately growth that brought Jered to where he is today.  We discuss different factors of success in business and life, and how he used to attribute this to grit and work ethic, and these are still important, but now he would say that the key to success is clarity whether that be of purpose, vision, communication, etc.
