Success comes to those who have a plan of what they want to do and a system to follow. It's important to know where you want to go and why but without a how, you're not going to get very far.  

Value investing is about bargains. The logical structure behind it is the same as shopping on Black Friday. We all want a good deal. Bargains are the name of the game. If a company is worth X I want to pay 50% of X. That's it.  It's simple but not easy.
